What makes a great workshop?

Not the Post-it notes. Not the breakout rooms. It's the quality of the thinking and that only happens when the room feels psychologically safe, the challenge is clear, and the facilitator knows when to push and when to step back.

I've been facilitating workshops for over 20 years, across dozens of industries and hundreds of teams. I'm accredited in the A Beautiful Constraint methodology and work closely with challenger branding experts eatbigfish.

How I work

1 Deep briefing

I start with a thorough conversation to understand your organisation, your challenge, and what success looks like. The better I understand your context, the more targeted and effective the session.

2 Bespoke design

I design a session structure that fits your specific goals, group size, and time available, drawing on a wide toolkit of creative and strategic exercises. No off-the-shelf agendas.

3 Expert facilitation

I hold the room, manage the energy, draw out quieter voices, and navigate difficult moments. My job is to make the thinking happen and keep it on track.

4 Clear outputs

Every session ends with documented outputs. Decisions made, actions agreed, ideas captured. Participants leave knowing exactly what happens next.

1 Brand planning

Helping companies create clear, compelling brand plans. I guide teams through defining their ambition, their audience, their proposition, and their priorities, leaving with a plan they're aligned on and excited about.

High-energy, supercharged creative sessions that generate breakthrough ideas. I use a range of divergent thinking techniques to push teams beyond the obvious, then help them evaluate and develop the best ideas.

Helping leadership teams take stock, challenge their assumptions, and define a clear vision and direction. I create a safe space for honest conversations and leave teams with sharper focus and stronger alignment.

Defining what your brand stands for in the hearts and minds of your target audiences. I guide teams through rigorous positioning frameworks to arrive at something distinctive, credible, and commercially valuable.
